With years of experience across corporate law and M&A, Fee has been instrumental in assisting founders from inception to exit and beyond. She tackles complex challenges from her unique dual perspective, seamlessly blending a human-centred ethos with a strategic corporate approach. Formerly Atlassian, Marque Lawyers.
- Stuart Clout, Founder of thedocyard (acquired) and GTM Garage. Stuart Clout is the founder of thedocyard, bootstrapping the company from 2016 through to IPO listing in 2020, before acquiring Ansarada and merging the two companies and exiting via Private Equity. Prior to founding the thedocyard Stuart practiced as a corporate lawyer both in a large law firm partnership with Colin Biggers & Paisley in Sydney and in-house with the Tesco Group, a Fortune 100 company in London. In private practice, Stuart acted for a variety of large private and listed corporate clients, primarily on M&A and transactional matters. Stuart is now the founder of GTM Garage, helping founders solve problems, prototype ideas, test the market and take funding.
- Angus Reynolds, Partner, KPMG. Angus is a KPMG advisor who has worked on countless transactions, assisting founders navigate the exit, from structuring and tax planning to deal execution and post-exit transition. Angus's focus is on private business acquisitions and divestments, Private Equity and Family Offices, and capital raisings / IPOs.
